The QA Customer Officer is based at ECOM's headquarters in Amsterdam, together with the Group Quality department . This team consists of five members, each specializing in different areas, such as food safety, customer complaints and quality processing. Due to the growth of the workload, we are looking for a new team member to join this dynamic team.

Functie
- Responsible for managing, updating, and ensuring compliance with quality documentation and certifications, with a focus on administrative processes
- Handling and processing customer documentation requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and managing and keeping customer portals up to date
- Updating and maintaining quality declarations and related documents, ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards
- Serving as a point of contact for Quality Managers at international production sites, offering support and guidance on quality-related inquiries
- Maintaining the certification database (FSSC, Kosher, Halal, etc.)
- Collaborating with internal departments to continuously improve quality processes and ensure compliance.
- Reports to the Group Quality Assurance Manager.
Profiel
- Completed a bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field, with a strong preference for a background in food technology.
- Likes to work in an entrepreneurial and innovative company
- Has service-oriented and solution-driven mindset
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and an ability to navigate and manage system-related tasks effectively.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch considered a plus; able to effectively communicate in both languages
- Proactive and meticulous in document management and database administration, open-minded, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively while working both independently and in a team.
