Functie

  • You will lead the application-oriented research team in the field of enzymes and baking applications
  • You and your team will develop new products and solutions and optimize innovation management
  • You will work on customer projects and oversee raw material screening (e.g. exchange of critical raw materials)
  • You will work closely with the R&D centres of the branches and develop the R&D personnel globally.

 

Profiel

  • You have several years of experience in a managerial R&D function in the baked goods or bakery supply industry and have good knowledge of bakery products, baking improvers, yeasts or enzymes
  • You have international experience and are fluent in English
  • You are a communicative personality with a positive attitude, the ability to inspire and convince others, and with an analytically structured and implementation-oriented approach.
