  • Responsible for developing key account strategies for new and existing international food and feed customers
  • Translating regional key account strategies into European strategies to create synergy between the sales activities of the individual countries
  • Building strong trust-based relationships
  • Advising key accounts in optimizing the value of quality assurance in their organizations
  • Motivating the international sales teams to achieve joint targets
  • Working closely together with local KIWA country and business managers
  • Reporting to the Head of the Food, Feed and Farming (FFF) Business Sector based in Sweden.


  • Bachelor or Master degree, for example in Food Technology or Business
  • Extensive experience in sales in the (international) food sector
  • Affinity with quality systems and legislation in the food sector
  • Strong personality and convincing communicator with substance
  • Feeling for working in an international environment
  • Frequent travelling is a requirement to be succesful. Your base will be Kiwa in the country of living and your home office
  • Good command of English is a must, preferably also another language
  • Personal characteristics: analytical, commercially driven, helicopter view, independent and decisive.
