Focus Management Consultants Limited provides recruitment services for the food industry, working with manufacturers, retailers and food service organisations throughout the UK.

Established in 1990 by former Marks & Spencer executives Stephen Jones and Michael Staniland, the firm was conceived in response to a need for a recruitment partner that understood the specific challenges of the food industry and was familiar with the whole range of career opportunities it provides. Focus Management employs a cadre of food industry specialists and recruitment experts.

Focus Management has four operating units targeting different segments of the food recruitment market. FMCL, for management positions, Carrus for graduates, Check On the specialist development chef unit; and interim specialists, Focus Interim.
